L’azienda Campo alla Sughera ha inviato a MD, tramite la rubrica Barter nella soluzione che prevede un servizio editoriale standard, due dei suoi vini: 1 bodolese di Adèo – Bolgheri 2011 DOC e un’altra bordolese di Arnione – Bolgheri Superiore 2009 DOC. MD li ha degustati e come è consuetudine il giudizio è tanto relativo quanto sincero. Seguono, quindi, le caratteristiche del: Adèo Per chi è passato dalle parti della Maremma Livornese non potrà non essere entrato nel “piccolissimo” borgo di Bolgheri. Un silenzio poetico abbraccia le piccole stradine di Bolgheri alle quali non serve altro per manifestare tutta la loro bellezza e “capacità narrativa”. Una breve passeggiata tra “colori caldi” e piccole casupole addobbate a festa con fiaschette di vino, prosciutti ed altri cimeli di tempi non troppo lontani, adornano le piccole stradine di Bolgheri che finiscono dove iniziano … Il paesaggio continua – volendo – “lontano dal borgo” attraversando la natura delle colline che accolgono il comune di Castagneto Carducci ma … stiamo per lasciare il castello, si abbandona il borgo e si percorre un lungo viale alberato fino ad incrociare la strada provinciale Bolgherese, qui si incontra Campo alla Sughera e qui si possono assaggiare i Bolgheri che Campo alla Sughera produce. L’Adèo è uno di questi! Rosso rubino intenso, impenetrabile, “dall’unghia rosa”, questo è il soprabito dell’Adèo. Si scopre, poi, con un tornado di sentori dolciastri che lasciano quasi subito (ma non del tutto) il posto ad una buona speziatura che abbinandosi alla caratteristica dolce crea, con essa, un’elegante antinomia. In bocca, l’Adèo, conferma la speziatura che “accompagna la bevuta” dall’inizio alla fine, con la parte acida che è un po’ più presente del tannino che peraltro lascia abbastanza velocemente la bocca.

MD has tasted these wines, giving its personal and honest opinion. Here below the wine features: Adèo If you passed near the Maremma Livornese you can’t not be entered in the “very small” village of Bolgheri. A poetic silence encircle the small streets in Bolgheri which is all you need to express all their beauty and “narrative ability.” A short walk between “warm colors” and small cot festively decorated with flasks of wine, hams and other historical relics, adorn the small lanes of Bolgheri which end where they begin … The outlook continues – if you want – “far from the village” through the nature of the hills of the town of Castagneto Carducci but … leaving the castle, you leave the village and go along a long tree-lined avenue to B road Bolgherese, here you encounter Campo Sughera and here you can taste the Bolgheri Campo alla Sughera produces. The Adèo is one of them! Deep ruby red, impenetrable, with shades of pink, this is the coat of the Adèo. It turns out, then, with a strong sweet scent that leaves almost immediately (but not entirely) the way to a good spicing it with the sweet character creates an elegant antinomy. In the mouth, the Adèo, confirms the spiciness that “accompanies the drink” from beginning to end, with the acid that is a bit ‘more present tannin which also leaves your mouth fast enough.
